Karina Morales, originally from the state of Michoacan, Mexico, studied law at the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California (UABC), obtaining an Honorable Mention. As of the year 2021, she has nearly 15 years of experience in the labor field, having specialized her professional career in legal aspects as well as in the area of fundraising for the philanthropic and business sector in the region.
Currently, she works as an independent legal consultant, in addition to being a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Fund Procurers (AFP) Northwest Chapter, working on the professionalization of the third sector.
