Eduardo Gurria, born in Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico, is a graduate in Civil Engineering from the Instituto Politecnico Nacional (IPN). Motivated by his parents, since he was a child he showed great interest in artistic expressions.
Convinced of the importance of art for the human being, he found in Tijuana Innovadora the opportunity to bring artistic expressions to those who have less access to them through Arte en la Industria, a program that under his leadership places more than 100 annual exhibitions in spaces such as educational centers, businesses and public buildings, reaching 25 simultaneous exhibitions, not only in the border city, but extending throughout Baja California and crossing to the United States.
