Claudia Basurto has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences, a Master’s Degree in Education and Cultural Integration, a certificate in Arts Appreciation and a Specialization in International Migration.
She has experience in the public, social and private sectors in the areas of education, management, communication, art and culture. She led the team that created the Museo de las Californias, in addition to having been an advisor to the International Community Foundation, Communication at the US-Mexico Border Philanthropy Partnership, among other positions.
She is part of the Board of Tijuana Innovadora, in addition to heading the area of Strategic Projects, from where she has promoted efforts such as the forums Reflexion Mexico, besides being a tireless promoter of creative and cultural industries. She is also Vice President of Red Global, San Diego Chapter.
